A Simple, Smart & Special way to Connect Teams
In jigsaw puzzles no piece is like another: it is important to carefully examine their shape and characteristics to create a functioning whole.

Let’s Connect! aims at creating this same effect by bringing people together. Considering each other’s qualities will lead to joint spirit and facilitate successful cooperation.

Let's get started
Instructions:

Dear connecters, we are pleased to have you on our page and to see you are willing to connect deeper with your team. The blog posts all encompass a group of questions that are aimed at learning more about each other. Some questions are intentionally phrased in an open way so that each group can adapt them to their own needs and circumstances. That said, feel free to go through the questions as you find most suitable.

Feedback:
Please help us measure the impact of our project by each participant answering a few questions:
Our recommendations for the most impact:

-
Schedule a time to do this exercise outside of your working hours. This time should be targeted at getting to know each other better and being flexible and relaxed, maybe even over a glass of wine!
-
Break up into groups of 3-4 people each (on zoom this is possible through creating breakout rooms).
-
Open this website so that everyone can see the questions (when doing this through online means, we recommend that one participant shares their screen).
-
Assign someone in the group as ‘moderator’ who is responsible for asking the questions, but this is not necessary, you can also decide to wing it together.
-
We advise you to go through all the questions to get the most out of it, ideally in the order of the posts. Still, it is important to keep in mind that the main aim is to spark a conversation and get closer to each other. So, if someone wants to comment on someone else’s answer etc., we encourage you to do so! This exercise is not about having to answer all questions.

Our Mission
Let's Connect! strives to connect work colleagues or other groups of people on a deeper level. We aspire to improve the working environment, collaboration and personal relationships, by increasing empathy and reducing conflict.
"Connecting expands possibilities - in work and in life - for ourselves as well as for others"
